I'm not ready to take the car on a road trip. I rebuilt the distributor and I think that's doing fine. I checked voltages after I was done...getting 6.17 volts to the upstream portion of the resistor and 2.7 at the coil. I just received my new resistor...if that's not the problem, I have a nice spare. If it's not the resistor, I guess the only other problem might be the coil dragging it down...if they can do that. The script coil has likely never been rebuilt so it could be due. Will need to build some trust in the car before I travel to a meet another state away. I'll trailer it until then. I'll be gone for 3 weeks starting july 2nd so I think I'll miss that meet but will try to make it to others.
