Default Re: Which rad brace 47 fenders on 41 frame

As this is a not stock application you have to build it. There isn't a pre prepared formula or set of rules. You probably need to fit the hood, align it to the cowl and then set all the sheet metal in place. then with plenty of room around you, eyeball it from all angles until it all looks good with no awkward angles or kicks anywhere. If it is too low, raise it. If it is too high, see what needs to be cut out to lower it. Once it looks good see what needs to be done to support it all. One of the existing yokes might work with suitable mods.
It's called customising or hot rodding or modifying. People have been doing it for years.
move it about until it looks right then start welding up the required mounts.
It's fun to do and basically you're on your own unless someone has done the exact same job and can advise, but as no-one has done that so far, you need to spearhead the job yourself.
Let us know what you come up with.
Just make it look good. It's amazing how many people fail to achieve that when using a mish mash of parts.
