I think I found my issue.......the E-Brake lever is semi cattywompass and is slightly angled out at the bottom which is hitting the backs of the wheel studs. I believe that the little washer I put between the shoe and the lever instead od between the head of the pin and the lever THUS moving the lever further out than it should be!!!
