Gary, be sure to install the 1940 bottom door seals and sill plate. I never removed the doors and hinge pins are still nice and tight. No droop or drop. The door seals are actually quite resilient and do "crush" enough to allow good door closure. Also installed seals "Kube" mentioned. They are also resilient. Very little wind noise unless you open the windows at highway speed. Catalog is from the early days of DRAKE when he was in Canoga Park, CA.
