We have a Spartan horn , It will not turn or at least you have to help it. I pushed the horn button ,I took a wood dowel and help it get started and it went about 8 or 10 revolution's and stopped. I have read the threads about spraying it and checking ground witch I did even oiled it and no better, Am I missing something Thanks
