I think you found a rather rare car. Depending on the body condition and if the engine is rebuildable, there are model A people that like to restore very early cars as painful as it is, due to the hard to find early parts needed for the restoration. Since the car was up off the ground, the body should have minimal rust damage verses a body setting in the dirt/mud. Rather than make a hotrod out of it, I think you could sell it to someone that would appreciate the early nature of the car and buy a normal model A to make into a hotrod. Just my thoughts.
