Is it all stock? If so, just have to start though the list of things it can be, and there are a lot of them! As it came on suddenly, I would start with the tires, tire pressure, rims, etc. If all is good, the the wheel bearing, etc. Jack up the wheels one at a time and see if you can get any movement. Then king pins, tie rod ends, the rubber bushing on the end of the wishbone.
