Werner, that is a linked or segmented belt like the one on the page linked to here > https://restorationstuff.com/shop/#fb0=61 This is not where I got mine. They come apart so you can change the length or in my case so I can get the belt on with the Murray Balancer because it balancer is much wider than stock and there is not enough room to fit between the pulley and the front spring u-bolts.
