Since this was originally ordered/purchased/supplied as a body by others chassis, it is very possible since commercial sheet metal wasn't changed over until mid year 1930 that there was no provision for body by others engineering completed at time of order/purchase for 1930 or when ordered/purchased/supplied in 1930 the body required a 29 based chassis. Cab and box aren't Ford, also note lower cowl gussets...
