This is confusing.
I knew the early 1930 trucks had the 29 style cab, but I thought they had the 1930 wheels, bumper, and gas cap. This one has the 21" wheels, 29 style bumper, and it's hard to tell, but the gas cap also looks like a 29 style threaded cap.
