I've found the same issue as Tom T, in that the holes for the bezel are just a "little" off to center and the curve is off for the stainless trim. The curve is too open and wants to buckle when you tighten it to the shell. I'm going to try and take a couple of bites with a shrinker/stretcher and see if that'll pull it in. The radiator cap bezel, I think, will have to have the holes re-drilled. And, I haven't even started to fit the insert (a Dales) to the grill shell.

This wasn't always the case. The early run of these were spot on. I really think their dies are tired and need to be replaced.
