The Wheel Trims on the illustration of the 59 Custom are 1956 Ford dog dish hubcaps with chrome trim rims behind them. Ford did update the hubcap on the revised 1960 Custom 300 model to the correct dog dish hubcap for 1960 model Fords, again with the trim rim behind it.
As all of these 1959-1961 Fords got 15" wheels in Australia, they all came with dog dish hubcaps and trim rims.
