Those hoses look like an accident waiting to happen with so much slack and that pump looks awfully exposed

The front bracket and placement looks good. The rear should be just a few inches, maybe six, from the back intersection with the rear cross rail. The springs should be low arched. Picture is of my 40 with a 1956 Chevy rear end. It took me a few trys to get leaves and height right. Ride is good.
