Easiest way to pick up a fender at a swap meet and know what it is is:
7 mounting holes coupe, 8 for sedan

I also know the coupe rear fenders are about 2" wider than sedan rear fenders at the top/center area, and I can personally tell the difference when looking at these fenders at swap meets, etc., but sometimes this can be difficult to explain to someone else without having samples of both to show the difference. Having an overlay picture would be the next best thing, and probably worth a thousand words.
