Take your time and find another one closer to where you live.
That car is also on what appears to be someones used car lot.
I have bought cars sight unseen before. Guess I just got lucky. Not the best thing to do.
As far as registration and title here in Commifornia, the last vehicle I got titled through AAA with a bill of sale only was in 2010. Make sure the vin doesn't come back to anything. If you have a friend in law enforcement, have him run the vin and plate. If it comes back to nothing, nobody seems to care.
