When I had bad unit (LED headlight) I call them and told them of the issue they sent me a new one at no cost.

Just curious, have you tried using jumper wires from the bulbs to a battery, out of the car?
I just looked back, and my purchase was 2 yeas ago. I just tried to call them and no answer for sales or support. I will try again tomorrow. I will post the response.
