model A engine rebuild
I will be taking my engine in to Hanson's in Ramona ca. every where I have checked they do the best work. In my area There is a waiting list. And in January 2015 they will be starting work on my engine. I hope the block will be crack free or if there is a crack it's repairable. As this block appears to have numbers matching to frame. when I pulled the engine apart this appears to be first rebuild as all internal parts are original ford and standard crank and bore. Of course it will need the crank to be turned 0.09 on rods. std. mains cleaned with polishing. and a bore will clean at 0.20 this is the first time in 55 years of taking engines apart. that I have found and engine this original. I hope? the car is a 1929 ford Jerry
