Yep, not a lot to a roadster body so a hobbyist with decent experience should be able to differentiate a car built from bondo from a nice rust free body. Look for filler on lower edges in front of and behind doors. If the car has it's top and other things like bumpers, etc. That is a big plus. If all that is missing is front fenders I would say that is a very good price. Work you describe is not what was done years ago so what was done may be recent in relative terms. Expect to do a lot more but these are great fun. You can take car in a couple different directions, generally a good market for roadsters if you ultimately find it is not for you. But a nice switch from 60s or 70s cars. Good luck.
