Will check rear end when I can repair the gearbox, mainshaft lost some teeth. Meanwhile I bought a french flathead, completely overhauled, still in the french army box. Does anyone know the ratios of that french gearbox that they used in the lorry with the 8ba engine? The make is Marmon. I canīt find any info on that. Someone told me they were straight cut gears - would be easy for me to make new gears then.
