I might be wrong but I think in 34 and up to maybe 39, the wagons were considered commercial vehicles and color combos were maybe different then the passenger cars. Somewhere I think I read where my 40 wagon was the first year not listed as a commercial. David or Kube probably have the answer, interesting that black fenders do show up on earlier wagons newer then 33.
