My 30 Town Sedan had sills that were a lamination of three pieces. This may or may not help or hinder you. You will probably need to pull the old wood straight out a 90 deg. to the frame to get it off the tenons. Go to my image and then click the photo album "My A' scan through the pics there are one or two that show my assembled bottom wood and you'll see what I'm talking about. Good luck! Terry
