Professionally media blasted and epoxy primed. The running board end is very nice. The spare tire dimple is rough. The overall fender is lumpy with amateur repairs in the past. The rear bottom has patches that are messy.
This fender could be repaired or the front section could be a donor for a post war fender conversion to a '39-41 fender.
