Thanks, Mark....as I recall, my Dad did have some work done to the radiator, perhaps rodded out like you say, I definitely remember putting the radiator back in with him, it was a pain, and the lower hoses look good.
I plan on changing out the uppers as suggested, and also thinking about new thermostats in. I've only really been able to run the truck 15-20 minutes at a time as I've been trouble shooting other stuff.

Been doing wiring, exhaust manifold, carb sent off to be rebuilt, now the radiator stuff...busy winter
