Hard to say. Best way to check is to hold one hub still, turn the other hub exactly 2 turns and count the driveshaft revolutions. If it is a 3.54 ratio it may be a Merc axle. Some pics might help identify it, and some measurements could be useful - length of torque tube for instance, type of hub and brake backplate (at the lower pivot point area).
