Josh and the rest of the folks at the V-8 Museum did an unbelievable job with this raffle. The Foundation absolutely stuck to the rules and conducted this raffle strickly by the books. When Josh asked me to order 4200 tickets, I questioned him. The "extras" were strickly to be used in case we wound up with unsold tickets that were not returned to us. He was wise in that decision, as he explained earlier in this forum. It would've been a shame to lose out on the $175 or so because of the "lost" tickets. And yes, it was a job keeping tabs on every single ticket, but Josh did just that! This was an extremely well-run and successful raffle that raised $40,000 for the Museum. Now, who's ready to donate another super-nice Ford V-8 for our next raffle?
