On mine, there is a singe screw on the left side and one on the right side. They were were both a bit finicky when reinstalling them to find the correct hole. Also, be gentle with the 5 screws across the top of the dash rail. If you get in a hurry twisting them, you may break lose a piece of the wood grain paint job on the dash, if your dash is so equipped.
