Your lock bolt has a keyway that runs in a guide pin you spotted. There also

is a block bar across the keyway that blocks the bolt from moving inward till

the guide pin is drilled tapped and pulled. The pin and keyway is much smaller

than the pin you see from the bottom.

Looks like Ken was able to disassemble with out pulling the guidepin.


The key cylinder must be removed to slide the lockbolt inward
