Hi all - thanks for the tips and sorry for the delay. This software says I'm supposed to get an e-mail with each post but that ain't happenin'

Yes, the brass slip ring is present and doing nothing to keep the inner parts from moving. I've even tried starting the inner parts turned 180 degrees so they'd end up level but to no avail. I'm going to get the wrench set from Bratton's because I'm through with the crappy one I already have.

will keep you posted. In the meantime, half a tank!
