I don't think an apology is necessary. The point was made you should try to work out the situation with the other person before posting the problem here. Not long ago I had a problem with a part that I purchased from a person her on the barn. The part turned out to be less that satisfactory, so I contacted the seller and he was a real gentleman in taking care of the problem. It all comes down to communication with the other person. It's your approach to the problem and how you talk with the other person in resolving it that will get the situation rectified. You "catch flies with honey, not vinegar".
