The header panel above the windshield that covers the wiper motor and windshield hinges is the same '37-'39. As others have noted, due to the difference in the windshield regulator, the upper dash panel that covers the regulator is '39 only. Rear window garnish is the same '35-'39. I have a '38 that I've owned since 1966.
