I've had 12 1942-48 Ford's but never a 41. I still think about a 1941 Super Deluxe 3 pass coupe I could've bought in 1973 for $225 but was gone by the time I found the money. There was also a 1 owner 1941 light green station wagon in a barn 1/2 a mile from our house. I would not chase a 41 short door coupe out of the driveway...
I googled PA CAFE and all I got was restaurants. I suppose it’s a law, but can’t find it.
