Here is a set-up I made for a club seminar on adjusting brakes. Brake rods are shortened to enable the set-up to fit on a table. Adjustable parts are coded in yellow. You could do a seminar for your club and use the parts afterwards for your restoration! $250 (backing plate, spindle, operating shaft, & cross shaft are in nice condition)
