Another thing to watch out for is the line itself. Some of the repop lines have the ferrule crimped back too far. The line should only extend past the ferrule about 3/32 of an inch or less. The one on my car was so long that it dented the screen in the carb causing a poor fuel flow and vapor lock at times.
