I have a 1938-1942 Ford/Mercury parts book and it has the following data.

Clutch pedal: 1939 Ford 91A-=7520-A, 1939 Mercury 99A-7520-A.

Brake pedal: 1939 Ford 91A-2455, 1939 Mercury 99A-2455.
