You must be dealing with the wrong bank. When ever I had a problem with a charge, the bank behind my card always went to bat for me by reversing the charge and doing an investigation. I always check my charges each month to make sure nothing is amiss.

I had a genuine issue with Rhode Island. A young man took my order. I used a credit card with my order that had been unused for very long time. For months my wife thought I was buying some odd items on that card. I was finally asked what was up. Working back I called Rhode Island ad got a mature woman. I asked the right questions and the woman declared forcefully that she was the only one to see credit card information. With the strong denial I smelled a family issue and knew there would be no satisfaction from Rhode Island or the bank for that matter. Banks seem to ignore such complaints. Caviat... :Fred A[/QUOTE]
