It's not too practical to carry two spares. Folks that do big and little tires generally just use the narrow low aspect ratio tires on the front and fat high aspect ratio tires on the rear. A person has to use wheels that will work for the hubs but most 5.5 by 5 bolt pattern Ford wheels will fit. If you want different size wires then use 1935 16" wheels on the front and keep the 18" on the back but you'll have to suffer for a correct spare.
