Hey Kube,
I have an ALLEN coil testing machine that looks exactly like the one in your photos. Some collectors will buy them. They're doesn't seem to be a lot of replacement parts for them, but you never know what you might find on the 'net. Good luck with the project. You might Google Ron Patterson, the Coil Man for his contact info. He seems to know a lot about them and might help you find a buyer.
