good score! its amazing how much ww2 stuff still shows up. little stashes at swap meets, and still occasionally big warehouse finds overseas. for those not involved in ww2 stuff, in that war the production effort was mind boggling, they tried to get every production facility worth a darn into making vehicles for the war effort. almost any name you can name was involved, ford, gm, studebaker, mack, white, federal, many more, etc. while it was good for the companys, and good for the war effort, they discovered that it was nonsense to have a bunch of trucks that all need the parts specific from the makers. so.. after the war they came up with the M series trucks, which were still made by many makers, but they were in theory all the same to keep parts more universal. its incredible what the USA achieved in only a few years there. i have no dought it could never happen today, politics would F it up
