Not an expert here but I looked over the electrical drawings. The hydraulic system is for the windows, I saw no switch for the trunk or electrical wiring in the trunk for an opener. For Ford from the factory the door lock key also operates the ignition. The glove box key operates the trunk. Suggest you remove a door cylinder and the glove box lock to have keys made. Both may have a key code stamped into their body. See the other posting regarding keys that is up now. Either John or Phil may be able to cut a key to your codes. Suggest you contact them first since they may not have Lincoln code books.
