Marvel, Tillotson, and Zenith all seem to be good carburetors from my experiences with them. It's really hard to say which is best.

I remember getting good gas mileage from my Tillotsons. A little more power with the Marvels. But, I'll give the edge to Zenith for overall smooth performance.
