Hey Mr. K., and All, in rummaging around looking for the aforementioned Tool, the Tube was found. As I recalled, it was flared. But apparently it wasn't. Also have found the necessary fitting to make up the assembly.
A little more searching, found a couple of JPGs of the Assembly, and they revealed how the Tool was set up for use. In actuality, it was meant to be used to bleed the NEW Master Cylinder. It worked MARVELOUSLY! It should work to do the purging of the Brake Light Switch Threaded Port as well.
So here are the JPGs that were found, and am going to give this a try as soon as the weather permits.
