I see it can be done. In this picture, does anyone recognize those headers or steering box? Do you think those pipes are custom bent, or can I find them for sale?
I'm seeing a stock '39-ish steering box. It looks like the exhaust MIGHT be something like the pictured (BELOW)
"MERCURY 8CM" type exhaust manifolds which exit toward the front. They would bolt-on to your engine. I believe the rusty head pipes are "custom(?)" bent. ANY
decent exhaust shop could do that in a jiffy. DD
