Not sure what the big deal is over mud flaps, holes can be closed up. Snyder's even sells them;

I would have thought the sticking points would have been the fuel tank and exhaust stack in the bed! I give it a thumbs up other wise and is something if I had enough money would consider doing, oh wait I have but lack funds.
