My avatar heater output while using the heater fan is almost nil. The heater box gets hot. Good heat comes out above 35 mph but slower speeds not much. I can hear the fan motor turning. Car is 12v. Possibilities I can think of are fan turning too fast or fan spinning on motor shaft. Any suggestions what to look at?? Thanks.
