Default Re: To cold to be in garage

You guys just made me remember another one.

My Dad was a cement mason and he swore by heated concrete floors. To me it always seemed like more work and money than it was worth until I lived in a house that had it. Wow, the feeling of lying on that floor covered with carpet while I played with my baby daughter was awesome. It was so funny to see our pets sprawled out so every square inch could absorb that heat on a cold day.

The idea of lying on a heated concrete floor while working on my car makes all my arthritic bones tingle with desire. I have carpet in part of my garage, and it’s sort of weird to have to vacuum instead of sweep, but boy is it easier on my body.

Just thought I’d share,

Mike
