It would be good to have someone look at it and tell you what is needed.
Starting with the brakes, if the drums haven't been replaced it might be a good idea to get a new set already mounted on hubs with linings etc. to ship with the car. These are heavy items that need to go by sea. Sending them later by air will most likely be prohibitive.
