Thanks for the comments. The paint is the original paint. The green pin stripe was faded and touched up 2 years ago upon removal from storage. I too feel the cars should take little work to get roadworthy again. Upon delivery to my house, I did take the car around the block on two occasions to see where I was mechanically. Car needs work before it hits the road in a safe and reliable way. Plenty of questions and updates to come!
