Something we all have run into at one time or another are individuals that are anxious to tell us "what is wrong" with our car.
The best way I have found to deal with these clowns is to listen patiently and then when they are finished, I respond with, "Maybe you have a point. Where is your car I would like to see it?" That usually ends the conversation.
