The Ford Barn - View Single Post - Wiper blade, spare side mounts positions (160B sedan)

After reviewing the judging standards and some factory photos, the vacuum wiper blade appears to be towards the passenger side in the assumed off position. Ours is to the left. Which is correct?
Also, the side mount wheels appear to be tilted inward very slightly in a '30 roadster factory photo towards the top of the cowl.
