I have installed both rear end gear ratios. In our 1929 two door sedan and our 1930 Pick up. Climbing hills, the 3.25 ratio will work great when there are only two people in your Victoria. With four people, it will be a little more sluggish in the hills. In our Pacific North West, we have 10,000 ft high mountains and with two people aboard, it is no challenge at all for our 3.25 ration in climbing. The 3.54 ratio in our 1929 Tudor is just fine for hauling 4 passengers up a mountain. I have well tuned stock engines.
